PrimeOudh.com is a website and online store owned and operated by Yasmin Trading LLC, a California limited liability company. Rehana Yasmin Naaz is the Founder and CEO of Yasmin Trading LLC.

Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “PrimeOudh,” “PrimeOudh.com,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Yasmin Trading LLC, doing business through PrimeOudh.com.

PrimeOudh.com operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide customers with a curated shopping experience (collectively, the “Services”).

Fragrance is inherently subjective. Individual perceptions of incense, oudh, bakhoor, sandalwood, floral notes, and other fragrances may vary.

All product descriptions, pricing, packaging, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities available to any individual, household, geographic area, or order.

Products offered through PrimeOudh.com are currently intended for sale and delivery within the United States only.

Product Safety

Certain products sold by PrimeOudh, including incense and bakhoor products, may involve burning, heat, smoke, or hot surfaces.

Customers are responsible for using products safely and according to any instructions supplied with the product.

Burning products should never be left unattended and should be kept away from children, pets, flammable materials, and other potential hazards.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their individual environment and circumstances.

When you place an order through PrimeOudh.com, you are making an offer to purchase products from Yasmin Trading LLC.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for any lawful reason and at our discretion.

An order is not considered accepted until we confirm acceptance and successfully receive and process payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation or modification requests.

You represent and warrant that:

  2. You are authorized to use the payment method provided;

  3. Charges submitted using your payment method will be honored; and

  4. You will pay all charges associated with your purchase, including applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

PrimeOudh currently ships products within the United States only.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, transportation disruptions, incorrect or incomplete customer information, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, risk of loss may transfer to the purchaser when the order is delivered to or accepted by the applicable shipping carrier.

Any claims involving lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered orders should be reported to us promptly at primeoudh@gmail.com.

PrimeOudh.com is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make through our Store are made directly with Yasmin Trading LLC through PrimeOudh.com.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and PrimeOudh, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions made with PrimeOudh.

THIS MAY INCLUDE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER A CLAIM ARISES UNDER CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANOTHER LEGAL THEORY.

THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim when practicable.

These Terms supersede prior versions of the Terms relating to the same subject matter.
