We work with skilled artisans who blend tradition with innovation, handcrafting every batch to preserve its natural balance and depth. Our (mostly) all-women team in Hindupur are experts at the craft of mixing and rolling the incenses. We are deliberate about not going into automation of production since this employment and co-operative environemnt allows the team to be able to balance work and their family duties for a sustailable livelihood. They are quick to provide feedback and suggestions in continuous improvement of the products and processes.
