At PrimeOudh.com, we take great care in offering high-quality bakhoors, incenses, and fragrance products. Due to the nature of these items, we maintain specific guidelines to ensure product integrity, safety, and fairness to all customers.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

No restocking fee is charged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the return.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
For health, hygiene, and product safety reasons, the following collections are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

These items cannot be accepted once they leave our facility because fragrance products are highly sensitive, can be altered through exposure, and cannot be resold after opening.
